There will be 2-3 questions - Shorter than a problem set - Not a problem to finish it in a week Problem-solving - Some will be relatively standard and can be solved easily if you understand the lectures - Others will be harder and require you to intelligently use the toolkit provided in the lectures - It is not just about getting to the answer, full mark will be awarded if you provide a clear and complete reasoning (Very) Short Essay (100-500 words) - Short does not mean quick! Answers must be polished - Focus on what is most important - Provide a clear and concise argument - You will not be penalised for providing a different answer to what I had in mind, as long as it is well supported - You will not be penalised for English mistakes or typos, as long as your argument makes sense
