Your research should include foods that have high levels of sugar and/or sodium that are either part of your regular daily/weekly daily diet or those items that can be easily found in your house/pantry (your go to snacks and/or meals). Your assignment needs to include at minimum of two (2) journal sources (references), be written in Times New Roman 12 font, include a title and reference page, and be a minimum of two single spaced pages in length about those 2-3 snacks/foods. The first page should describe the 2-3 snacks/foods sodium and/or sugar content per serving size and how much/often you eat them. The second page should talk about how you are going to limit or change your intake of these products or compensate for them in your daily diet that hopefully leads you to a healthier lifestyle.
